Thanks to his mother and watching hundreds of thousands of hours of cooking shows, Ryan has developed his skills enough to be a culinary contender. What better place to serve his Sweet and Smokey Mac and Cheese than at Jungle Relics, Coeur d’Alene’s newest destination for nature-inspired shopping. Jungle Relics is thrilled to join this vibrant community and share their passion for plants, art, botanicals, and of course Macaroni and Cheese.

Reigniting his passion in 2023, Aaron debuted his chili at a local farmer’s market with his son, turning a cherished family tradition into a local favorite. Lesa LeBeau
Chef Lesa LeBeau graduated top of her class from Los Angeles Culinary Institute in 1995. While attending culinary school, Chef Lesa had the great honor of catering for the Academy Awards with Wolfgang Puck and Cecilia DeCastro (instructor). In 2014, Chef Lesa relocated with her husband to their home in Coeur d’Alene. She began leading cooking classes at The Culinary Stone later that year and continues to this day, teaching her popular international fair menus and hosting private dinners. Chef Lesa has her own catering business, has been featured on many KREM morning cooking segments, and regularly works with charities close to her heart. Cooking is her true passion and always says “food is love”.
